Tuomas Fonselius specialises in real estate transactions, property development projects and leasing. Tuomas heads HPP’s Real Estate Practice.

Tuomas has over ten years of experience in a wide range of real estate arrangements and their financing. He has worked with both major domestic property owners and international investors, focusing particularly on acquisitions, disposals, property development projects and sale-and-leaseback arrangements. In addition, he has strong expertise in real estate fund regulation and extensive experience in general corporate and real estate law matters.

Before joining HPP, Tuomas was responsible for the legal matters of the real estate business unit at a leading Finnish asset management organisation.
