HPP Attorneys has invited Tuomas Fonselius to join partnership from 1 January 2026.
Partner elect Tuomas will take over as head of the real estate team on 1 November 2025. Tuomas has over ten years of experience in a wide range of real estate arrangements and their financing, gained at leading asset management organisations and law firms.
He has worked with both major domestic property owners and international investors, focusing particularly on acquisitions, disposals, property development projects, and sale and leaseback arrangements. He also has strong expertise in real estate fund regulation and extensive experience in general corporate and real estate law. Prior to joining HPP, Tuomas was responsible for the legal affairs of the real estate business unit at a leading Finnish asset management organisation.
HPP’s Managing Partner Antti Rintakoski states that the appointment is an excellent reinforcement to accelerate the growth of both HPP’s real estate and financing teams.
