HPP Attorneys has been based in the heart of Helsinki for nearly two decades, and we have recently renewed our long-term lease with Sponda. As part of the new agreement, we are also modernising our office premises to better reflect how we work today and where we are heading as a firm. In addition to outdated layouts and technical solutions, the development of the office space is driven by HPP’s strategic and organisational renewal, with the aim of ensuring that the premises support our business and client work even better.
The office renovation project was launched last autumn, and the premises will be fully renewed during 2025–2026. Through this renovation, we want to ensure that our office continues to be a place where people enjoy working, connect with one another, and are able to work efficiently. At the same time, we are investing in high-quality client spaces that enable meaningful, flexible and modern collaboration.
