HPP Attorneys has invited Lasse Luoma from the Insolvency team and Risto Sandvik from the Dispute Resolution team to join the partnership. Lasse joins partnership from his previous role as Senior Counsel, and Risto from his role as Head of Technology Disputes.
Lasse Luoma is an expert in insolvency and dispute resolution with extensive experience in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. Lasse regularly advises creditors and represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings, both in Finland and internationally.
Risto Sandvik specialises in dispute resolution, assisting clients in international and domestic arbitration and litigation. Risto is also experienced in technology contracts and compliance with emerging technology legislation, and he regularly serves as an arbitrator in technology-related disputes.
