HPP advised a bank club formed by Nordea Bank Abp, Danske Bank A/S and Norion Bank AB in a financing arrangement whereby the banks provided debt financing to DataCrunch Oy for, among other things, financing the acquisition of AI and GPU servers. As part of the overall financing arrangement, Armada Credit Partners and LocalTapiola provided financing for the company for the same purposes. The financing arrangement supports the scaling up of the company’s sustainable AI computing infrastructure.
