HPP acted as legal counsel to Digita Oy in a business transfer arrangement with Voimatel Oy, whereby the maintenance of Digita’s digital network infrastructure, together with the related personnel, were transferred to Voimatel.
Digita is a provider of digital infrastructure and services, and the largest independent owner of telecommunications masts in Finland. The company owns and operates nationwide terrestrial television and radio networks that form a key part of Finland’s critical communications infrastructure. Digita’s services also include private network, IoT, and data center solutions.
