HPP advised Sara-Steel Oy on a sale and leaseback arrangement with Aktiivitilat. In the transaction, a production facility of over 3,000 square meters, previously owned and occupied by Sara-Steel Oy, was acquired by Aktiivitilat and added to its investment portfolio. For Sara-Steel Oy, as the seller and future tenant, the transaction forms part of a group restructuring initiative and supports the company’s operational development and financing.
