We are advising Catena AB (publ) on its acquisition of a logistics portfolio in the Nordics from funds managed by Urban Partners. Catena has entered into an agreement to acquire twenty logistics properties with a total lettable area of approximately 600,000 square metres and a value of approximately SEK 8,8 billion (approximately EUR 830 million).
The portfolio consists of modern, high-quality properties situated in attractive logistics areas in Sweden, Finland and Denmark with well-known tenants. Six of the properties are located in Finland, marking Catena’s entry into the Finnish market.
The closing is expected to take place during the spring of 2026.
