He has extensive experience with a wide variety of questions related to IP, such as litigation, portfolio management, strategic planning and risk analysis, enforcement, brand protection, dispute resolution, trade secrets and know-how and domain names.

He also frequently advises his global and local clients regarding IP matters in transactions and in employment contexts as well as in regulatory and marketing law matters.

Henrik also advises clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

Henrik serves as domain name panelist and a Committee member at INTA. He is also a European Trademark Attorney.
