Real estate development company WasaGroup Ltd has sold a new main rescue station currently under construction and located in Neulamäki, Kuopio through a sale and purchase agreement signed on 31 January 2023.
The main rescue station, which is strategically located next to the national road 5 and near e.g. Savilahti campus area and Kuopio University Hospital, includes premises for i.a. services for prevention of accidents and emergency preparedness as well as 24/7 operational rescue operations and emergency healthcare services and Fire Museum.
The sale is part of the business strategy of WasaGroup to execute real estate development projects for different investor partners in e.g. societal real estate market by focusing on local development and delivering all services of a construction project as turnkey service.
