HPP has advised Revelon in a property development project whereby it has agreed to dispose the shares in a real estate company to NCC Property Development Oy once the zoning process is finalised.
The zoning process regarding the area owned by target company is already ongoing and shall be finalised in co-operation with the parties. New and functional urban areas are contemplated to be built in the target area for residential, care and retail use.
HPP acts as the legal counsel to Revelon in the project.
