HPP assisted a subsidiary of Pontos Group in the sale of a logistics property from its ReLog portfolio. The transaction was structured as a share deal.
The lettable area of the property is approximately 5,000 sqm and it has been built in 2006. The logistics property is fully leased and the current tenant Schenker has operated on the property for 10 years.
HPP acted as the legal advisor of a subsidiary of Pontos Group in the sale.
