Stefan Boshkov is an experienced transactions lawyer specialising in private M&A and equity financing.

Stefan has extensive experience in advising both Finnish and international clients in domestic and cross-border transactions, representing especially corporate clients in various industrial sectors, both on sell-side and buy-side mandates.

Stefan is also experienced in corporate law and governance advise. He has worked as a group legal counsel for a Finnish company, advising on the legal aspects of the business of the company and giving counsel to the company’s and its subsidiary’s executives.

Prior to his career as an attorney-at-law, Stefan has gained extensive experience in various positions in the public sector.
