Malin Holm specialises in ESG as well as in banking and finance. Malin advises clients on different regulatory and other corporate sustainability and ESG matters. Furthermore, she has extensive experience in different financing arrangements and advises lenders, investors and borrowers in various domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
In addition to law firm experience, Malin also has experience in impact financing. She has worked at the Finnish export credit agency Finnvera as well as acted as leading legal counsel of the Finnish Climate Fund (Ilmastorahasto).
