HPP Attorneys is pleased to announce that an experienced intellectual property lawyer Henrik af Ursin has been appointed as a Partner Elect from 23 November to join the HPP partnership effective 1 January 2024.
Before joining HPP, Henrik has worked in other leading law firms in Finland. He is highly recognised within his expertise in international legal guides and rankings, such as Chambers Global and Europe, Legal 500, WTR 1000, Who’s who Legal.
Henrik specialises in the identification, acquisition, enforcement and commercialisation of intellectual property. He has extensive experience with a wide variety of questions related to IP, such as litigation, portfolio management, strategic planning and risk analysis, enforcement, brand protection, dispute resolution, trade secrets and know-how and domain names. He also frequently advises his global and local clients regarding IP matters in transactions and in employment contexts as well as in regulatory and marketing law matters. Henrik assists clients also with movie production related agreements.
Henrik serves as domain name panelist and a Committee member at INTA. He is also a European Trademark Attorney.
