HPP advised a real estate investment fund EAB Value Added Fund III Ky managed by Evli on the acquisition of a production property located in Kuninkaantammi, Helsinki and completed in 1975 from Edita Group Plc. The building situated on the property houses several stable tenants including the group companies of the seller, its leasable area is approximately 20,000 sqm, and the area of the property is approximately 5.4 hectares.
The acquisition follows the investment strategy of EAB Value Added Fund III Ky which includes ownership of storage and small-scale industrial properties in Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The fund also aims to continue developing the property.
HPP acted as legal advisor to the buyer in the acquisition.
