We advise Roomy Oy, a real estate developer specialized in residential development, in a project in which Roomy will restore a historical “Ohrana” building located at prime address Korkeavuorenkatu 21 in downtown Helsinki back to residential use. To date we have advised Roomy in the bidding and preliminary agreement phase of the real property acquisition process whereby Roomy and Senate properties have entered into a preliminary agreement on the sale and purchase of the site.
