HPP assisted Onvest in the sale of a data center property located in Vantaa to a company belonging to the Verne group.
Verne currently operates a data center at the target property and the purchaser’s intention is to expand its operations.
HPP acted as the seller’s legal advisor in the sale assisting, inter alia, with the negotiations and drafting the sale and purchase documentation.
