HPP has assisted a subsidiary of Pontos Group in the sale of four logistics and commercial properties from its ReLog portfolio. The sale of these properties is part of Pontos Group’s divestment strategy for its ReLog portfolio.
The total area of the divested properties was over 23,000 square meters and included logistics and commercial real estate. The properties were located in various cities across Finland they were sold individually to separate buyers.
HPP acted as the legal advisor of the seller in the transactions. Catella Asset Management acted as the commercial advisor of the seller in the transactions.
