HPP assisted several sellers in the sale of properties located in Kauklahti region of Espoo to Sato, Mutual Pension Insurance Company Elo and Avain Yhtiöt.
According to the new zoning plan, the properties will include apartments and related parking spaces. The total residential building right for the area is approximately 70.000 k-m2
HPP acted as legal advisor to the sellers in the transaction, assisting, inter alia, in the preparation of the transaction documentation and other matters related to the transaction and the development project.
