HPP assists the Foundations Stiftelsen Eschnerska Frilasarettet sr and Kommunalrådet C.G. Sundells Stiftelse sr in the Turunmaa hospital property development project, in which the Foundations i.a. through a sale and leaseback arrangement renovate and lease social welfare and healthcare premises to the wellbeing services county of Southwest Finland.
The project consists of Turunmaa hospital renovation works as well as of a building extension of approximately 2.000 sqm. HPP assists the Foundations in the development project’s agreement package consisting of i.a. project, lease and land lease agreements.
HPP acts as the legal counsel to Stiftelsen Eschnerska Frilasarettet sr and C.G. Sundells Stiftelse sr in the project.
