HPP assists Evli real estate development fund in an acquisition in which it acquires to the possession of its affiliate two industrial properties located in Tölkkimäentie, Hämeenlinna.
There is an approximately 2,280 sqm industrial building in the use of defence industry at the property located at Tölkkimäentie 8 which was acquired at the first phase of the arrangement.
The property to be acquired at the second phase of the arrangement is located at Tölkkimäentie 6 whereto the seller shall construct an approximately 1,050 sqm industrial building which is also leased for the use of defence industry.
HPP acts as the legal advisor of the buyer in the transaction.
