Henna is a well-experienced employment law specialist. She has worked with employment law assignments for more than 19 years as an attorney. In addition, she has lead the employment law team in one of Finland’s biggest employer companies.
Henna’s expertise covers the full spectrum of employment law matters from drafting employment contracts to terminating employments. She regularly advises clients on how to manage change from an employment law perspective in changing business environment and in connection with the reorganization of employer’s operations. Henna has solid experience in negotiations relating to employments, including for example co-operation negotiations and negotiations on local collective bargaining agreements. She has particular interest towards occupational health and safety matters.
Henna assists clients in employment related disputes and in labour offence proceedings. She lectures regularly on different areas of employment law.
