Sara Laitila specialises in technology and intellectual property law related advisory. She advises clients on a variety of matters, both contractual and regulatory, covering areas such as IT procurement, data protection, cyber security, data governance and AI. Furthermore, she provides counsel in assignments relating to general commercial and contract law.
Sara joined HPP as an Associate upon her graduation in 2019. Prior to joining HPP, she worked at a global technology company specialised in technology innovation and global licensing, equipping her with a practical understanding of business operations and the legal complexities of the technology sector.
