Teija specialises in banking and finance and has significant and wide-ranging experience in domestic and cross-border transactions. She has advised the full range of parties involved in complex financing arrangements, private equity investments and M&A transactions, with a particular emphasis on advising lenders.
Prior to joining HPP, Teija spent 5 years in Luxembourg with the European Investment Bank. She has also worked in-house at Finnfund (the Finnish Fund for Industrial Cooperation) and as an attorney in other leading Finnish law firms.
