Markku Mäkinen specialises in mergers and acquisitions, investment and capital markets transactions. Markku also advises clients in complex infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining HPP Markku worked as an in-house counsel at Nokia Corporation. He has extensive experience in demanding technology projects in an international environment. At Nokia he led several legal teams including Nokia China and Nokia North America legal teams.
Markku has acted as the Managing Partner of HPP in 2015-2024.
