Antti Rintakoski specialises in financing and has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border transactions. His areas of expertise include corporate and real estate finance, project and infrastructure finance, bonds, factoring, leasing and voluntary restructuring.
In addition to his experience as an attorney-at-law, Antti has worked for a commercial Finnish bank and the European Investment Bank.
