Anna Roubier specialises in competition, EU law and EU chemicals regulatory law. She has extensive experience of handling antitrust and merger control proceedings both at EU and national (the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority) level. Anna also assists clients in assessing the application of the national Foreign Direct Investment regime. Among other positions, prior to joining HPP, Anna has previously worked in the Brussels office of a major U.S. law firm and as a a legal advisor at the European Chemicals Agency.
Anna has a law degree from the United Kingdom, and she has specialised in competition and EU law at the College of Europe, Bruges. She is also qualified as a Finnish attorney-at-law.
