Risto Sandvik specialises in dispute resolution. In addition to serving as an arbitrator, he assists clients in international and domestic arbitration and litigation. Risto has acted as counsel in disputes related to, inter alia, construction, project deliveries, M&A, shareholders’ agreements and distribution agreements as well as extensive criminal proceedings. Risto is a mediator registered on the Mediator Register of the Finnish Bar Association.
