The property is acquired from a Finnish private investor. The asset is located in Jyväskylä approximately 1 km from the city centre and has a lettable area of around 3,200 sqm. The Property is fully let with S Group as an anchor tenant with a long-term lease agreement and the weighted average lease maturity is close to five years.
