HPP advised Elite Alfred Berg in acquiring shares in a real estate company

HPP assisted Elite Alfred Berg real estate development fund in an acquisition of the shares of a real estate company from Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company.

The real estate company owns a commercial property located in the Seinäjoki city centrum. The shopping mall building “Seinäjoen Ostoskulma” located on the property is leased to various service providers in different sectors. The anchor tenants of the property are Kesko Oyj and Tokmanni Oy.

HPP acted as the legal advisor of the buyer in the transaction.
