HPP advised in the sale shares in a real estate company owning an industrial target managed by Cobbleyard Real Estate Inc. to Ovaro Kiinteistösijoitus Oyj.
The property has an area of approximately 14,000 sqm and is located in a prime location with a lot of surrounding development.
HPP acted as the seller’s legal advisor in the transaction.
