HPP acted as Njordr AS’s Finnish legal counsel in the sale of its Finnish and Swedish onshore wind and solar PV portfolio to leading UK renewables investor and operator, Renewable Power Capital. The transaction covers a portfolio of 22 early-stage projects with an aggregate planned capacity of up to 1.9 GW.
As part of the transaction, Njordr’s experienced project development team transfers to and will be integrated into RPC. Njord AS, operating in Finland under the trade name Nordi, is a subsidiary of Vanir Green Industries AS:n, a Norwegian green transition early-stage investor.
