HPP advised Smart Energies in the acquisition of a portfolio of four solar photovoltaic power development projects from Aurinkokarhu Oy, representing 8 MWp. The acquisition was accompanied by a co-development agreement for ground-mounted projects ranging from 1 to 3 MWp each with Aurinkokarhu Oy to bring the total capacity of the portfolio to 30 MWp.
