HPP acted as legal advisor to the sellers of Hoivamme Oy in a transaction where Mehiläinen Hoivapalvelut Oy acquired the shares of Hoivamme Oy, a provider of round-the-clock service housing and community living for the elderly, on 3 May 2024.
Hoivamme group, operating in Southern Finland and Northern Savo, has nine care homes with a combined capacity for over 300 residents. The care homes are located in Mäntsälä, Kellokoski, Nurmijärvi, Kuopio, Karkkila, Sipoo, Siuntio, Nummela and Lahti.
Hoivamme Oy is a limited liability company established in 2022 which provides private round-the-clock service housing and shared housing for elderly residents. The company has capacity for 315 residents.
